PROCU Roundtables
PROCU Roundtables offer an opportunity to gather with Credit Union peers to discuss key strategic initiatives in the Investments and Insurance space, share best practices and garner insight into the future of our business. PROCU roundtables are generally hosted by local Credit Union programs and there is no cost to attend. We are moving our 2021 Roundtables (at least for now) to a virtual environment. We will offer multiple opportunities for shorter length roundtables with specific topics scheduled for discussion. Attendance will be capped to create an environment conducive to idea sharing, questions and open conversation using online meeting tools. Dates and topics will be posted below as they become available.
2021 Dates TBA
We invite you to join us at one of our virtual Roundtables. The sessions will offer open discussions on topics pertinent to Investment Services in the Credit Union space.
In order to facilitate healthy open discussion and an opportunity for every participant to comment and ask questions, we are limiting the number of participants in each session. Due to this limitation and different time zones, we will be offering three different opportunities for program managers to engage with other peers. Each Roundtable will be lead by one of the PROCU Board Members.
In November, our Roundtables focusedon:
- Marketing in the midst of the COVID pandemic
- Budgeting & Planning (2021 Revenue projections compared to 2020)
- Referrals (thinking outside of the box)
- What will you do differently in 2020 that you will continue in 2021?
Please chose the Roundtable that works best for your schedule.
